Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We only offer one shipping option - United States Postal Service. First Class or Priority Mail.  Shipping fees start at $6.99 for the contiguous U.S. states, including Hawaii.  Items shipped to Alaska are only sent via Priority Mail and start at $9.  Shipping is free for purchases of $100 or greater.  We only ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Order Processing Time
All orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed within two days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent within the next two business days.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address after 24 hours.  You must email us within 24 hours of your order to have it shipped to a different address - care@lenciskincare.com.  (You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your shipping address has changed.)  We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
